Creating a comfortable, safe, and collaborative environment is a must for every shooting session.

Successful photo shoots require collaboration and communication between a photographer and performers. To ensure everyone's comfort and satisfaction, I have specific requirements in place. Clear expectations and guidelines will help us create beautiful, meaningful photographs that we will treasure for years to come.

It is important to note that TFP (Time For Photos) and PSA (Photography Services Agreement) are different arrangements. While TFP shoots are based on a mutual agreement where performers provide their time and talent in exchange for a selection of edited photos, PSA is an agreement for paid shoots where performers pay a fee to avail the services of the photographer. However, in both cases, clear expectations and guidelines are crucial to ensure a successful shoot.

Here are the requirements for our shooting:

    1. The performer(s) should communicate any limitations, boundaries, or concerns they may have prior to the session.

    2. The performer(s) should arrive on time and be prepared for the shoot. If there is a specific performance involved, it is recommended to practice beforehand to ensure a smooth and successful session. Both parties should agree on the type of performance, wardrobe, and props before the shoot.

    3. To ensure the shoot aligns with the photographer’s ethical values, it's important that performers are aware of the wardrobe and makeup requirements beforehand. Please note that only vegan materials are allowed on set, without any exceptions.

    4. The performer(s) must come to the shoot appropriately groomed, which includes no stubbles, no chipped nail polish, or other hygiene concerns that may detract from the quality of the photos.

    5. It is required that the photographer and performer(s) discuss and agree upon the appropriate level of touch or physical contact during the shoot (e.g. the photographer may need to adjust the performer's hair or outfit). Both parties must respect each other's boundaries and limits. In addition, it is necessary for both parties to establish safe words or signals if needed.

    6. The photographer must ensure that the location is safe and suitable for the shoot.

    7. To ensure a successful shooting session, the performer(s) should be comfortable with using their entire body, including private parts, and should be willing to have every body part focused on, particularly for explicit nude, fetish, or pornographic art. Open communication and mutual agreement between all parties on the level of eroticism and any sexual acts involved is crucial before the shoot begins. Please note that soft nude, lingerie, and similar shooting requests are not covered by TFP arrangements, but the photographer can be booked separately for such shoots.

    8. Agreeing on the usage rights and licensing of the photos is important for both the photographer and performer(s) before the session. To ensure clarity and protection for both parties, it is necessary to sign a contract outlining the terms of use and any restrictions before the shoot. For TFP shooting requests, please download and submit the TFP and OnlyFans contracts from the link below to contact@aderholdprojects.com. It's particularly important to complete all contracts because the photographer can only release their work online on Onlyfans, as other platforms mostly prohibit this type of content due to their guidelines.

    9. For TFP shoots, it is standard practice for the photographer to use the photos for their portfolio, website, exhibitions, and other releases, including book prints. The performer(s) may use the photos for non-commercial purposes, as well as commercially for Onlyfans, provided that the photographer is properly attributed through mentions, tags, and links. This allows both parties to benefit from the collaboration and the resulting images. Additionally, if the performer(s) want to use the photos for commercial purposes, they will have to pay an extra fee. The specific usage rights will be outlined in the contract.

    10. The photographer will have the final say on which photos will be released, however, before any photo release, both parties will have the opportunity to review the final photos.

Furthermore, I kindly request that you do not bring any non-vegan food or clothes to the session, as I am not only living a vegan lifestyle but am also actively working as an animal rights activist. I'd also like to note that I only work with vegan materials on my sets, even for paid shoots. Please respect my boundaries and support my values during our time together.

If this isn't suitable for you, I suggest exploring other photographers who may better align with your needs.

I kindly request that you carefully review the contract instructions prior to completing the necessary paperwork. Once you have done so, please fill out the required contracts and attach any relevant photos before sending them to contact@aderholdprojects.com. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
