Neon Protest #11

New Name – Who Dis?!

On 31.08.24, the newly renamed Neon Protest (formerly the Lingerie Animal Rights Protest) at Brandenburger Gate was a vibrant and impactful event. Under the warm, sunny skies of Berlin, more than 15 passionate activists gathered to spread the message of animal rights, dressed in colorful and eye-catching outfits to capture more attention.

With the protest’s new name and vibrant signs, the event drew in plenty of curious onlookers. Many stopped to chat, take photos, and engage in meaningful conversations about the realities of animal exploitation. Freshly designed flyers were distributed, and powerful abolitionist messages were shared through a megaphone. The energy was electric, and the response from the public was overwhelmingly positive – applause, nods of agreement, and genuine interest in the message. Some passersby were even inspired to join the protest on the spot.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event such a success. The momentum continues to build – so consider joining the movement and being part of the change for the animals. And just a note: while revealing clothing does help to attract attention, it’s certainly not a requirement for participation.
